If you could invent your own fast food chain, what would it entail?

Food Goods Sold: Sides of mashed potatoes, lemon wedges, parsely, ice cubes, ketchup.
Amusement: complimentary calculators
Locations:Unknown towns across the nation
Etc.: On your birthday, we will dress a dog up as a dog. Then the employees sing you a non-traditional birthday song which your name actually gets rhymed into.

meg and i came up with an idea many years ago that i am still very fond of!
we are both picky eaters and (mostly) vegetarians to boot, so we came up with a restaurant called "sideways."
the menu is divided into two halves, the "good side" and the "bad side," and of course the restaurant itself has a dichotomous theme! on the good side of the menu you can pick and choose small portions of healthy sides, fruits, vegetables, and fresh juices. and on the bad side, you can get french fries and beer!
but the idea is that you can try a few different things and design your own menu, pick and choose as you like.
i would love to see this happen!
i find that entrees are too large and expensive, and usually too much of one thing. PLUS, they are usually meat, and there'll be one veggie option, which is pretty much always some kind of overcooked pasta with bland olive oil and tasteless vegetables (ala pasta primavera).
sideways makes sense!
